Ethics in the age of digital philanthropy

To the heure where the use of digital technology is généralisée in the management and promotion of the NPO, and where the major audience is of more en more critique quant to the use of these tools, the issues of éthique deviennent cruciaux for the acteurs of the sector philanthropique.

En suivant the cycle of the don in the contexte digital (sensibilisation and promotion, collecte of the don, management of the transaction and of the information personnelles, réutilisation of the donnés and fidélisation post-don…) nous examinerons the différents issues éthiques and how y make face. Nous addressons the problématiques of communication, transparence, sélection of the fournisseurs and of the new tools digitals as well that the management and the sécurité of the data.

This conference is organisée by the Association of the professionals en philanthropie – section Québec and will be moderated by Paule Genest, ARP, CEO of PGPR and specialist of the relations publiques and responsabilité social as well that by Pascal Jarry, CEO of memboGo the platform digital of management all-en-a for NPO.
