Two panels to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the two industries in relation to 5G

Wexpert jointly organized by Prompt, La Guilde du jeu vidéo du Québec, ENCQOR 5G, XN Québec, SYNTHÈSE – Pôle Image Québec and ZÚ in collaboration with Centre d’entreprises et d’innovation de Montréal (CEIM), Centre Phi, CIMMI | Centre en imagerie numérique et médias interactifs, École NAD-UQAC, Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles, Québec EPIX.

The goal is to present the possibilities offered by 5G within the digital experience and video game industries, in order to accelerate the digital economy shift and strengthen the competitiveness of our innovative SMEs.

The webinar will be organized as two consecutive panels to present, on one hand the world of video games and 5G and, on the other, experiential and 5G.

Video game panel from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.: A roundtable moderated by Nadine Gelly, Executive Director of La Guilde du jeu vidéo du Québec, with:

Multimedia panel from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Three panellists will take part in a roundtable moderated by Yuani Fragata, consultant at point.ligne.plan, with:

• Stéphane Rituit, CEO at Felix & Paul

• Jean-Philippe Desjardins, CEO at Wallrus

• Jonathan Rouxel, CEO at Prologue AI

Schedule:

• 10:00 a.m. to 10:05 a.m.: introduction to the video game panel and the Pixel 5G grant program
• 10:05 a.m. to 10:25 a.m.: individual interviews with each guest.
• 10:25 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.: roundtable question period
• 10:45 a.m. to 10:50 a.m.: introduction to the digital experiences panel and the Pixel 5G grant program
• 10:50 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.: individual interviews with each guest.
