After giving workshops in July 2020 to seniors in Verdun, offering a methodology to verify the truthfulness of information in order to reduce the spread of disinformation in the context of COVID-19, Grandir Sans Frontières decided to continue these workshops, this time for a broader audience.
Thus, winter 2021 will mark the launch of a new series of workshops: Decode the News. These workshops will combine investigation games, debates and editing activities to confront disinformation.
The workshops will take place online on Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., starting January 19, 2021.
