VOL.11: How can user experience be reinvented with technology?
For #intersections VOL.11, Printemps numérique will address the potential and challenges connected to user experience through a panel discussion with experts from several digital-creativity sectors, paired with an innovative concert bringing together more than 40 musicians
from Orchestre21. UX, or user experience, is a central issue for today’s designers. At first, the concept seemed to be tied more specifically to the digital sector, referring to the experience a user has when interacting with an interface, device or system. But the desire to create an unforgettable and positive experience is pushing creators in every industry into a dynamic exercise: optimizing sensations on the user side and
processes on the technology side. As designs become increasingly bold, it will be essential to keep updating our understanding of human behaviour and needs. But how far can we go? And what role should
technology play? #intersections VOL.11 invites you to experience user experience live through a concert by Orchestre21. Through an exceptional partnership, a conductor and a software-engineering expert have joined forces to create unique works inspired by modern orchestral compositions, using the conductor’s gestures while wearing a sensor-equipped jacket. The performance will transport the audience into a world animated by light effects and projections. On
the program: a panel discussion with experts from various digital-creativity sectors, a live user-experience performance with Orchestre21, and a networking cocktail. ✔ #intersections UX:
