Printemps numérique at OFFNumérique 2026: Working Together to Reduce the Digital Divide

March 10, 2026, the second edition of OFFNumérique was held at Université Laval
- in Québec
- City, bringing
- together nearly 180
stakeholders committed to reducing the
digital divide.
Organized by Votepour.ca, the eventcontinued consultation and generated concrete solutions to reduce inequalities. Printemps

numérique
contributed to the workshop “Showcase of Innovative Projects – Meeting ChallengesThrough
Collective
Intelligence,” with challenges connected to the Québec Youth Digital Literacy Roundtable. Participants explored access to Internet and equipment, digital skills, information gaps,
algorithmic
bias and the invisibility of certain populations.

- highlighted
the social, economic and
demographic factors
that amplify inequalities. Printemps numérique’s participation reflects its commitment to Jeunesse QC 2030, research, consultation and collective action across Québec.
