2006, ELEKTRA
continues its role as ambassador and exporter ofQuébec talent internationally by presenting a series of European premieres. From October1, 2015 to January 31, 2016, ELEKTRA Montréal presents Québec Digital Paris, the Québeccomponentof the first edition of Némo, International Biennial of Digital
ArtsParis / Île-de-France. Québec Digital Paris offers a four-month program that brings together artists, works
and
events representing the strength ofQuébec’s digital art scene. The project
includes exhibitions, performancesand presentations that allow European audiences to discover the richness of

Montréal and Québec. Bypartnering with Némo, ELEKTRA places Québec creators in a major international context. The initiative highlights experimentation, innovation and the ability
of artists toquestion the relationship between image, sound, body,machine and public space. The projectis also part
of a longerhistory of cultural exchange between Québec and France. It demonstrates how digital art can circulate across borders while keepinga strong local identity. Québec Digital Paris confirms ELEKTRA’s

as a key platform for internationaldissemination and gives Québec artists a prestigious showcase inEurope.
