Launch of the 2021 Youth Recognition Awards – 2nd Edition
As part of Mois numérique Jeunesse, the sixth meeting of the intersectoral and interregional roundtable on digital literacy inQuébec was held under thetheme “How can we reach young
people during a pandemic?” The meeting was an opportunity to announce thesecond Youth Recognition Award. Following the first edition in 2020, sponsored
by Academos andTelus Business, the jury highlighted the originality, quality and impact of the winning projects. Starting February 17, 2021,
institutions, organizations and
companies
- that are members of
- the roundtable and have digital literacy projects are invited to
submit initiatives
in one of three areas: education, citizenship and
- culture. Eligible projects
- must work with
- youth audiences and
- contribute to digital literacy. Applications will be
- reviewed by
a committee of experts based on originality, quality of execution, impact and solutions developed to reach youth during
- the pandemic.
A professional jury will award prizes to three winning organizations during MTL connecte: Montréal Digital Week, from October 12 to 17, 2021. The deadline for participation is Friday, September 12,
