for immediate distribution. Montréal, November 20, 2025 — Cyberbullying increasingly affects young people inQuébec and has serious consequences for their well-being. To help prevent it, Printemps numérique launches a Skills Framework for preventing cyberbullying among youth.

The framework serves as a guide for designing training and workshops for both young people and adults. It

provides

practical

benchmarks adapted to different settings, supports responsibledigital behavioursand helps develop real

digital

citizenship. It is structured around two main axes, reflective and pragmatic, and four dimensions:
